Fenerbahçe SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 13 minutes, Asım Arif Tekdoğan made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Asım Arif Tekdoğan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Yüce Sadullah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yüce Sadullah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asım Arif Tekdoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fenerbahçe SK's goalkeeper Yüce Sadullah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, BARBAROS FK's Feyyaz Ayçetin got a free kick in the 31st minute. Asım Arif Tekdoğan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Yüce Sadullah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ali Erdem Taşkıner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe SK's goal looked a bit too open when Asım Arif Tekdoğan came free, but Yüce Sadullah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BARBAROS FK booed when Fenerbahçe SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Arif Erdesir didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute of the match, Ali Erdem Taşkıner got a very nice opportunity to score, but Yüce Sadullah was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tolga Mahmut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

A hard shot by Özen Çelikel from long distance, 51 minutes into the match, got Tibet Toygar's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçe SK's zone, Asım Arif Tekdoğan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yüce Sadullah came out of the goal and Asım Arif Tekdoğan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BARBAROS FK's Beyhan Okatay suffered a sore thigh after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 55th match minute, Fenerbahçe SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Arif Erdesir to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçe SK's zone, Ali Erdem Taşkıner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yüce Sadullah came out of the goal and Ali Erdem Taşkıner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fenerbahçe SK's Yüce Sadullah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Erdem Taşkıner in the 57th minute of play. Ali Erdem Taşkıner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baykan Özbekkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Reis Özercan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yüce Sadullah. Fenerbahçe SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 66th minute, Baykan Özbekkan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Fenerbahçe SK booed when BARBAROS FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asım Arif Tekdoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baykan Özbekkan couldn't finish the play. Tibet Toygar came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Fenerbahçe SK's Baykan Özbekkan. But to his dismay, Baykan Özbekkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fenerbahçe SK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BARBAROS FK.
