The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şaban Umurbey during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 50th minute Kilis were awarded a corner. Halil Utku Çapan went to the cornerflag to take it. Despite being the better team, Kilis failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
