The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Bahisci:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Batuhan:s goal. If Tarkan Şahinkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abay Semdin in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zülfü Özdamar saved Bahisci from getting behind. With his leg Tan Seylab managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Bahisci's Kamer Sabih fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 41 minutes in the game, Kamer Sabih fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tan Seylab having to interfere. If Mesut Demirdelen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The supporters of Batuhan booed when Bahisci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göksel Uluçkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 57 played minutes Bahisci got a freekick which was hit by Ali Behzat Ilgınlı. Tan Seylab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamer Sabih, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Bahisci fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Batuhan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
