Duman Yasin came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Fikret Karasu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 81st minute. When Ersin Reşit came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the TITAN SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ersin Reşit couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Ali Hürmüz managed to get in a good position for a shot. TITAN SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Hürmüz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saip Seyfi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
