Saip Okseven received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emre Yoruk came out and tried to block the shot, but Saip Okseven slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 26th minute. Köksal Maksum might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emre Yoruk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Köksal Maksum ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 29 in the game by Köksal Maksum from a close distance when the talented Emre Yoruk managed to make a qualified save. HEAVENGUARDS F.C.'s players were relieved. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Şerafettin Toraman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Saip Okseven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Köksal Maksum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alp Ülmen struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Emre Yoruk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karataş Spor. Karataş Spor's Tolga Otay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencalp Özoğuz in the 44th minute of play. Ferit Deniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Köksal Maksum made a kick off. Tolga Otay acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 53rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Aytunç Şehzade. Alp Ülmen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emre Yoruk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Saip Okseven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, HEAVENGUARDS F.C.'s Abdi Mehmet Bostan got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Köksal Maksum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Saip Okseven came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Karataş Spor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saip Okseven couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in HEAVENGUARDS F.C.'s zone, Saip Okseven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emre Yoruk came out of the goal and Saip Okseven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
