When Nazım Özgurcan fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yunusemre's protests and gave Nazım Özgurcan a yellow card for diving instead. With a little luck, Yunusemre's Fehmi Serter got control of the ball when Asaf Dirayet tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Yunusemre's Bekir Ulutan got a free kick in the 10th minute. Mehmet Hakkı İrem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fehmi Serter having to interfere. Hasan Ali Selil kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Diriliş FK's Asaf Dirayet got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Yunusemre getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Bekir Ulutan hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Diriliş FK's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Ediz Acartürk came free, but Ali Kürşat Umurbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Mehmet Ediz Acartürk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diriliş FK's Ali Kürşat Umurbay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ali Kürşat Umurbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Ediz Acartürk in the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Diriliş FK's zone, Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Kürşat Umurbay came out of the goal and Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mehmet Ediz Acartürk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Mehmet Ediz Acartürk made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Mehmet Ediz Acartürk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yunusemre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Ediz Acartürk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Ali Kürşat Umurbay. Diriliş FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Ali Kürşat Umurbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Ediz Acartürk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Yunusemre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu couldn't finish the play. Mehmet Ediz Acartürk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yunusemre's Fehmi Serter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Hakkı İrem in the 69th minute of play. Mehmet Ediz Acartürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ali Kürşat Umurbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Mehmet Ediz Acartürk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yunusemre's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Ediz Acartürk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Kürşat Umurbay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mehmet Ediz Acartürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Ediz Acartürk in the 78th minute of play forced Diriliş FK's goalkeeper Ali Kürşat Umurbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fehmi Serter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Hakkı İrem in the 81st minute of the match. Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Ali Kürşat Umurbay made a huge save. Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ali Kürşat Umurbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yunusemre's Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yunusemre played a much better game than Diriliş FK and deserved their victory. The Diriliş FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
