In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dargecit FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Yahya Hazlan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Nusrettin Umay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Yahya Hazlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The long shot by Emrullah Suer in the 40th minute really tested Cemil Yaltır's skills. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sami Özbir in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cemil Yaltır prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trabzonspor were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
