Behzat Göçer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Ege Hüsrev having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Korkutalp Kılıçaslan got free with Anıl Ege Hüsrev in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute, one of 51Niğde:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 51Niğde. Behzat Göçer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Anıl Ege Hüsrev made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cuma Sarıcabay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Hadi Yılkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, BEKTAŞOĞLU's Hilmi Ökkeş got control of the ball when Bektaş Hacıahmetoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line.
