Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eyüp Urluk kicked off to start the match. Ekrem Sadi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berat Baransel in the 3rd minute of the match. If Eralp Akşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Besim İmralı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökçek Hazer having to interfere. After 8 played minutes NEW STAR FC got a freekick which was hit by Ejder Sezal. In the 10th minute, Eyüp Urluk fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Besim İmralı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökçek Hazer having to interfere. If Eralp Akşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gökçek Hazer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eyüp Urluk, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. NEW STAR FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ejder Sezal in the 21st minute. A nice corner shot did that Ejder Sezal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gökçek Hazer quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Besim İmralı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gökçek Hazer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gökçek Hazer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eyüp Urluk in the 28th minute of play. A hard shot 29 in the game by Besim İmralı from a close distance when the talented Gökçek Hazer managed to make a qualified save. Sivasspor's players were relieved. Gökçek Hazer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Besim İmralı in the 31st minute. Eyüp Urluk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. After 35 played minutes, NEW STAR FC's Ejder Sezal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gökçek Hazer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in NEW STAR FC reached it. İshak Başar charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed İshak Başar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, İshak Başar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Eyüp Urluk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gökçek Hazer was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Eyüp Urluk struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Gökçek Hazer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NEW STAR FC. Besim İmralı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eyüp Urluk in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gökçek Hazer saved Sivasspor from getting behind. Besim İmralı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gökçek Hazer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Gökçek Hazer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Besim İmralı in the 80th minute of play. Gökçek Hazer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Besim İmralı's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Sivasspor's Eralp Akşit got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Affan Tanzer kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. NEW STAR FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
