Hayri Oksay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Poyraz Tutku in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Poyraz Tutku got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Poyraz Tutku came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Kusadasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Poyraz Tutku couldn't finish the play. Sabahattin Uzay succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 10th playminute. In the 20th minute Abayhan Ecemiş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hayri Oksay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Abayhan Ecemiş made a precise shot to the right of Hayri Oksay. Korgan SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Korgan SK's Halil Can Yaban in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the Kusadasi defense, Sabahattin Uzay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Barış Özgenay. The Kusadasi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Barış Özgenay should have stopped the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Sabahattin Uzay notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Kusadasi's Barış Özgenay. Barış Özgenay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Halil Can Yaban made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Abayhan Ecemiş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kusadasi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abayhan Ecemiş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Poyraz Tutku managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kusadasi's supporters rose to their feet, but Poyraz Tutku was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hayri Oksay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Barış Özgenay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halil Can Yaban in the 55th minute of the match. Hayri Oksay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abayhan Ecemiş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erkan Savaşer kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Mehmet Arif Yalazay sped through Kusadasi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Barış Özgenay. After a defensive mix-up in Kusadasi's zone, Sabahattin Uzay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barış Özgenay came out of the goal and Sabahattin Uzay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Halil Can Yaban's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barış Özgenay was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Kusadasi's Erkan Savaşer got a free kick in the 84th minute. Halil Can Yaban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halil Can Yaban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barış Özgenay having to interfere. If Sabahattin Uzay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Korgan SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
