The BastırAnkaragücü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eşref Uluçkan should have stopped the shot. Mehmet Emin Tuna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bayındır Ezgü had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 12th match minute, BastırAnkaragücü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sezer Kalender to maneuver through the defense. Haldun Başesgi's late challenge caught a HENDEKSPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Mehmet Emin Tuna managed to get in a good position for a shot. HENDEKSPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Emin Tuna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eşref Uluçkan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bayındır Ezgü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mehmet Emin Tuna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Nuralp Yalım made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, HENDEKSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Nuralp Yalım came free, but Orhan Özmert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to HENDEKSPOR getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Mirkelam Kaya hit a great ball. Nuralp Yalım recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eşref Uluçkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Emin Tuna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute Nuralp Yalım shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orhan Özmert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When BastırAnkaragücü's Nuralp Yalım in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ziya Öznur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuralp Yalım struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Orhan Özmert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BastırAnkaragücü. Orhan Özmert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuralp Yalım, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 96 played minutes BastırAnkaragücü got a freekick which was hit by Celalettin Ula. HENDEKSPOR's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
