When Önder Temircan came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Victory fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Önder Temircan couldn't finish the play. Altuğ Kantürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baha Ayıkoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Macit Özdağ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altuğ Kantürk having to interfere. If Gökcan Aksun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22ndth minute of the game Baha Ayıkoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seyitgazi's Altuğ Kantürk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 27 played minutes Seyitgazi got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Malkoçoğlu. Victory's Lemi Vefalı couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Seyitgazi. Orçun Özalpman kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Lemi Vefalı was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Macit Özdağ scored 2-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Altuğ Kantürk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ahmet İlke Çağaçar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rafettin Ilgaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Ahmet Malkoçoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seyitgazi's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Malkoçoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafettin Ilgaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Malkoçoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Seyitgazi's goalkeeper Altuğ Kantürk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Macit Özdağ. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Baha Ayıkoğlu made the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Malkoçoğlu's late challenge caught a Victory's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Malkoçoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes Seyitgazi got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Malkoçoğlu. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orçun Özalpman during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st minute of the match Lemi Vefalı shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Altuğ Kantürk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Macit Özdağ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Altuğ Kantürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Altuğ Kantürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baha Ayıkoğlu in the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Orçun Özalpman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seyitgazi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orçun Özalpman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abidin Balcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafettin Ilgaz having to interfere. Orçun Özalpman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafettin Ilgaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Malkoçoğlu in the 94th minute of the match. 99 minutes into the match, Macit Özdağ had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Altuğ Kantürk. Seyitgazi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Macit Özdağ was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Seyitgazi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Victory.
