Spectators: 7184 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Berk Başbuğoğlu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berk Başbuğoğlu in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Derviş Erdem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berk Başbuğoğlu in the 10th minute of play forced KARAMÜRSEL's goalkeeper Derviş Erdem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Orhan Refiğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derviş Erdem having to interfere. The supporters of YuBo SK booed when KARAMÜRSEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Bedri Evcimen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, KARAMÜRSEL's goalkeeper Derviş Erdem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Orhan Refiğ. YuBo SK's Ahmet Orhan Refiğ got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When YuBo SK's Berk Başbuğoğlu in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KARAMÜRSEL's goalie prevented a goal. Binali Yağan got in the 35th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Güral Tolunay handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Binali Yağan managed to get in a good position for a shot. KARAMÜRSEL's supporters rose to their feet, but Binali Yağan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güral Tolunay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, KARAMÜRSEL's Refik Ulus got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the game, one of KARAMÜRSEL:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Boğaçhan Suerkan shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, KARAMÜRSEL's Alican Tamkoç got a free kick in the 55th minute. Derviş Erdem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Orhan Refiğ in the 59th minute of play. Berk Başbuğoğlu struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Derviş Erdem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YuBo SK. After having played for 72 minutes, Binali Yağan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KARAMÜRSEL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Binali Yağan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Binali Yağan managed to get in a good position for a shot. KARAMÜRSEL's supporters rose to their feet, but Binali Yağan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güral Tolunay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Güral Tolunay made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Binali Yağan sent off a good shot on target. If Binali Yağan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KARAMÜRSEL's Güner Ataseven got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute Ahmet Orhan Refiğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derviş Erdem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berk Başbuğoğlu took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Derviş Erdem. Derviş Erdem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Boğaçhan Suerkan's late challenge caught a KARAMÜRSEL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boğaçhan Suerkan helped the player get up and apologised. Boğaçhan Suerkan hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. YuBo SK had won after a very even match.
