Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Celtik FK's Sezen Akçal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Celtik FK from getting a goal against them. In the 15th minute, Refik Tanyeri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sezen Akçal, passed just outside the right post. After 22 played minutes Celtik FK got a freekick which was hit by Vecdet Cevan. After recieving a nice pass, Gemerek's Hafız Akçınar tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Celtik FK's Sezen Akçal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Refik Tanyeri in the 27th minute of play. Sezen Akçal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nazım Dinçay went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When Gemerek's Refik Tanyeri in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Celtik FK's goalie prevented a goal. Mustafa Arif Kutlan hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Çelebi Erozan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ergün Özkoc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Gemerek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Arif Kutlan to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd match minute, Celtik FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hami Tuğkun to maneuver through the defense. Güney Bozbora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Güney Bozbora made a kick off. Nazım Dinçay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sezen Akçal having to interfere. In the 57th minute Refik Tanyeri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezen Akçal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ergün Özkoc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güney Bozbora in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Celtik FK's Çelebi Erozan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ergün Özkoc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Melik Yaver's late challenge caught a Celtik FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melik Yaver helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute of the match Levent Filiz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sezen Akçal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute, Hami Tuğkun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sezen Akçal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Refik Tanyeri's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Sezen Akçal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Refik Tanyeri, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. If Refik Tanyeri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 minutes, Vecdet Cevan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Celtik FK and the Gemerek players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Celtik FK's Vecdet Cevan got a free kick in the 87th minute. Sezen Akçal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazım Dinçay in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gemerek had won after a very even match.
