Bünyamin Ayçetin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hasan Tahsin Arısan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Nihat Falcıoğlu made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Beyoglu's Afşin Bahçeli dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Nuralp Onguner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Ferit Acabay having to interfere. If Kurtuluş Yalaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Ferit Acabay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Necip Tulunay in the 68th minute of the match. Mvp cf's Mehmet Ferit Acabay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurtuluş Yalaz in the 71st minute of play. Tolgahan Camcıoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Ferit Acabay having to make a save. When Necip Tulunay came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Beyoglu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Necip Tulunay couldn't finish the play. After 87 minutes of play, Beyoglu's Tolgahan Camcıoğlu made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mehmet Ferit Acabay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kurtuluş Yalaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Mvp cf's zone, Tolgahan Camcıoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Ferit Acabay came out of the goal and Tolgahan Camcıoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Mvp cf's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tolgahan Camcıoğlu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Necip Tulunay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Beyoglu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mvp cf.
