The corner led Yahyali's Ekrem Kocakalp to fire away a dangerous shot which Jânio de Castro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. GeceKoğuşcusu's Jânio de Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mesut Onural in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Yahyali getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Efe Revan hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Nusret Yöntem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nusret Yöntem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Kutlay Dural hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jânio de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mesut Onural in the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Efe Revan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yahyali's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GeceKoğuşcusu the free kick. After 30 played minutes Yahyali got a freekick which was hit by Efe Revan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kutlay Dural got free with Soner Elçioğlu in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. GeceKoğuşcusu were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Yahyali's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nuralp Altunç took the corner. Mümin Çoğan thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Soner Elçioğlu, a very annoying self made goal in the 34th minute which led to 1-1. 39 minutes into the match, Yahyali's goalkeeper Soner Elçioğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kutlay Dural. Yahyali's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Nusret Yöntem 40 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. 47 minutes into the match, Yahyali's goal looked a bit too open when Nusret Yöntem came free, but Soner Elçioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nusret Yöntem to strike the kick off in the second half. Muhammet Kaçan might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jânio de Castro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Muhammet Kaçan ran back to his position shaking his head. 56 minutes into the game, GeceKoğuşcusu's Nusret Yöntem nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Soner Elçioğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 65 minutes into the match, GeceKoğuşcusu's goal looked a bit too open when Mesut Onural came free, but Jânio de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to GeceKoğuşcusu getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Dilmen Erşahin hit a great ball. When Nusret Yöntem came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the GeceKoğuşcusu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nusret Yöntem couldn't finish the play. Bahri Ertaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jânio de Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mesut Onural, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Ekrem Kocakalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Kutlay Dural put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Soner Elçioğlu. Soner Elçioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nusret Yöntem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GeceKoğuşcusu's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
