Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Songur Erzan started the match with the kick off. Saltuk Şahsar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serhat Özgunes in the 3rd minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Babak's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Cahit Osmanoğulları came free, but Şansal Çiftçibaşı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Güngör Sabih hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arman İren during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arman İren kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. SglFc's Saltuk Şahsar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Songur Erzan in the 25th minute of play. When Kubat Ayaz fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SglFc's protests and gave Kubat Ayaz a yellow card for diving instead. Güngör Sabih was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, SglFc's Hüseyin Cahit Osmanoğulları sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şansal Çiftçibaşı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SglFc's Kubat Ayaz got a free kick in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Songur Erzan in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saltuk Şahsar saved SglFc from getting behind. Kamuran Urkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şansal Çiftçibaşı having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Arman İren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Serbülent Güneş kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Arman İren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Babak's Songur Erzan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saltuk Şahsar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hüseyin Cahit Osmanoğulları made a kick off. Arman İren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Şansal Çiftçibaşı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Mehmet Ediz Ergener had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 69 minutes of play SglFc's Kubat Ayaz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. If Hüseyin Cahit Osmanoğulları had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, SglFc's Hüseyin Cahit Osmanoğulları sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şansal Çiftçibaşı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Şansal Çiftçibaşı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hüseyin Cahit Osmanoğulları's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Hüseyin Cahit Osmanoğulları recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Arman İren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şansal Çiftçibaşı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüseyin Cahit Osmanoğulları in the 88th minute of play. Arman İren took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şansal Çiftçibaşı. Şansal Çiftçibaşı dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see SglFc lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
