Hayati Türkşen made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Şadi Tulunay sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, .Fenerbahçe SK.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Ozan Günay came free, but Hacı Altunay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Batıray Başol struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Hacı Altunay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doganyol. Ahmet Ozan Günay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hacı Altunay having to interfere. After having played for 32 minutes, Ahmet Ozan Günay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doganyol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Ozan Günay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Ramiz Şahiner took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hayati Türkşen to make any attempt to save it. Hayati Türkşen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to .Fenerbahçe SK. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. But to his dismay, Aytuğ Sanat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0.
