Önder Turay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hasan Aydınoğlu having to interfere. With a little luck, Yeni Toki fc's Ahmet Hasan Aydınoğlu got control of the ball when Önder Turay tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Yeni Toki fc's zone, Lemi Kınay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yeni Toki fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Arman Demirel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Buğrahan İmdat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Lions In the Cage booed when Yeni Toki fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muhammet Batı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mümtaz Türkmen hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lemi Kınay to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lions In the Cage's goalkeeper Buğrahan İmdat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arman Demirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Buğrahan İmdat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nurtekin Kılıçer fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yeni Toki fc's protests and gave Nurtekin Kılıçer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Yeni Toki fc's Nurtekin Kılıçer got a free kick in the 66th minute.
