Ahmet Ömür Uyar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özkan Helvacı, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Özkan Helvacı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baskın Bayman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cenan Koçubey in the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, DİYARBAKIR DEMİRSPOR FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İlbey Şahistan to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Baskın Bayman managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when DİYARBAKIR DEMİRSPOR FK's Göksun Tolgan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Baskın Bayman came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by DİYARBAKIR DEMİRSPOR FK's Cenan Koçubey. But to his dismay, Cenan Koçubey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 30 minutes into the match, DİYARBAKIR DEMİRSPOR FK's İlhami Göktepe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baskın Bayman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 42 minutes into the game, DİYARBAKIR DEMİRSPOR FK's Göksun Tolgan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baskın Bayman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. A collision led to ASLANGÜCÜ SK getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Behzat Cihannur hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, DİYARBAKIR DEMİRSPOR FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göksun Tolgan to maneuver through the defense. Özkan Helvacı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Ahmet Ömür Uyar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Özkan Helvacı to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlbey Şahistan in the 53rd minute of play forced ASLANGÜCÜ SK's goalkeeper Baskın Bayman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Özkan Helvacı struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Ahmet Ömür Uyar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ASLANGÜCÜ SK. ASLANGÜCÜ SK's Baskın Bayman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlhami Göktepe in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, ASLANGÜCÜ SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuh Suni to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Göksun Tolgan in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baskın Bayman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute İlhami Göktepe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baskın Bayman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baskın Bayman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İlbey Şahistan in the 68th minute of the match. If Özkan Helvacı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Özkan Helvacı managed to get in a good position for a shot. ASLANGÜCÜ SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Özkan Helvacı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Ömür Uyar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ASLANGÜCÜ SK's Baskın Bayman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlhami Göktepe in the 75th minute of play. After 78 played minutes ASLANGÜCÜ SK got a freekick which was hit by Vahdet Taceddin. 79 minutes into the match, ASLANGÜCÜ SK's goal looked a bit too open when Cenan Koçubey came free, but Baskın Bayman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baskın Bayman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İlbey Şahistan, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the ASLANGÜCÜ SK defense, İlhami Göktepe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baskın Bayman. The ASLANGÜCÜ SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baskın Bayman should have stopped the shot. Cenan Koçubey took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baskın Bayman. Baskın Bayman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. After 88 played minutes ASLANGÜCÜ SK got a freekick which was hit by Anıl Cenk Vahapoğlu. Özkan Helvacı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Ömür Uyar having to interfere. After 97 minutes of play, DİYARBAKIR DEMİRSPOR FK's Cenan Koçubey made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baskın Bayman was left in no man's land by his defense there! ASLANGÜCÜ SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
