Serbülent İskenderoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ulvi Dokuzer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, NUSAYBİN FC's goalkeeper Ulvi Dokuzer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serbülent İskenderoğlu. In the 35th minute, Burhan Yaver fired a really elegant long shot, but Ulvi Dokuzer threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. After a defensive mix-up in NUSAYBİN FC's zone, Bedih Ceri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulvi Dokuzer came out of the goal and Bedih Ceri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 played minutes Kocaali got a freekick which was hit by Zekai Ilımlı. In the 46thth minute of the game Turgut Yazıcı who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kocaali's Yüce Ethem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Turgut Yazıcı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yüce Ethem was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ulvi Dokuzer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serbülent İskenderoğlu in the 74th minute of the match. If Zekai Ilımlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. NUSAYBİN FC's Ulvi Dokuzer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zekai Ilımlı in the 95th minute of play.
