After some careless play in the Sürmene Magavla FC defense, Özalp Sadullah kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Okanalp Yaruk. The Sürmene Magavla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Okanalp Yaruk should have stopped the shot. Baran Alp Samin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdülhak Sadiray in the 22nd minute of the match. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdülhak Sadiray to make the kick off. If Özalp Sadullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saruhan Oğuz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Okanalp Yaruk having to make a save. When Özalp Sadullah came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the iğneadasppor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özalp Sadullah couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Aydemir Bozkurt managed to get in a good position for a shot. iğneadasppor's supporters rose to their feet, but Aydemir Bozkurt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Okanalp Yaruk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Özalp Sadullah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aydemir Bozkurt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Okanalp Yaruk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aydemir Bozkurt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sürmene Magavla FC's Okanalp Yaruk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Sürmene Magavla FC from getting a goal against them. Aydemir Bozkurt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özalp Sadullah in the 74th minute of play forced Sürmene Magavla FC's goalkeeper Okanalp Yaruk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aydemir Bozkurt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Okanalp Yaruk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. If Özalp Sadullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
