The supporters of Artova FK booed when Solhan SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Affan Şensoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Necip Fazıl Dilşah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Artova FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Necip Fazıl Dilşah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute, Aras Alansoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th match minute, Artova FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necip Fazıl Dilşah to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Artova FK booed when Solhan SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Önder Özgener didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şenol Sırat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aras Alansoy in the 21st minute of the match. If Necip Fazıl Dilşah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Lütfi Betik came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Solhan SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lütfi Betik couldn't finish the play. Solhan SK's Kurtuluş Uma got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arman Okay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lütfi Betik in the 42nd minute of play. If Aras Alansoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44thth minute of the game Aras Alansoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Solhan SK's Şenol Sırat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lütfi Betik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Arman Okay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lütfi Betik to make the kick off. The Solhan SK fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Solhan SK's Kurtuluş Uma looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 64th minute, Necip Fazıl Dilşah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Solhan SK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Afşar İslamoğlu hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Ahmet Çağrı Reşit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kurtuluş Uma struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Arman Okay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solhan SK. Lütfi Betik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lütfi Betik in the 91st minute of play forced Artova FK's goalkeeper Arman Okay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şenol Sırat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hazar Nusrettin in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute Aras Alansoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şenol Sırat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
