In the 4th minute, Terme's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zülfü Bozkaya fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 12th match minute, Terme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kunter Kutel to maneuver through the defense. Özgür Celilay made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 13thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Esat Yücesoy would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When Özgür Celilay in the 13th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Esat Yücesoy kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Zülfü Bozkaya struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Esat Yücesoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galatasaray MZ. 24 minutes into the game, Terme's Vefa Uygan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yiğit Can Siralp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Vefa Uygan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Terme's Esat Yücesoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zülfü Bozkaya in the 39th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Özgür Celilay got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Zülfü Bozkaya struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Esat Yücesoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galatasaray MZ. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sarper Çoğun during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 52 played minutes Galatasaray MZ got a freekick which was hit by Sarper Çoğun. After 54 minutes of play, Galatasaray MZ's Zülfü Bozkaya made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. When Zülfü Bozkaya came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Galatasaray MZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zülfü Bozkaya couldn't finish the play.
