Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zaid Okbaş got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Kurucasile's zone, Anıl Münib stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nejat Alp Onursay came out of the goal and Anıl Münib tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. URFASPOR's Zaid Okbaş got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 33 played minutes URFASPOR got a freekick which was hit by Zaid Okbaş. Sezai Kadir made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Alper Olcay sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Münib in the 35th minute of play forced Kurucasile's goalkeeper Nejat Alp Onursay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When İsmail Şölen fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored URFASPOR's protests and gave İsmail Şölen a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaid Okbaş got free with Nejat Alp Onursay in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee gave İsmail Şölen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
