The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes nhbrn got a freekick which was hit by Hasan Tahsin Hizanlı. After 7 minutes of play, nhbrn's Abdullatif Onurhan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. İstemihan Taşan was left in no man's land by his defense there! nhbrn's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Rasim Çağaçar scored to the left of an out of position Arif Tugay Zihni, making the score, 1-1. Umur Sağıt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Arif Tugay Zihni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. GALATASARAY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Umur Sağıt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
