Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Yavuz Selim Tuner made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind casting fc's goalkeeper Semavi Şencan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kurtuluş Tuğkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Semavi Şencan was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Yavuz Selim Tuner capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yavuz Selim Tuner really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 12thth minute of the game Yavuz Selim Tuner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but casting fc's Semavi Şencan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Kurtuluş Tuğkan came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Yildirim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kurtuluş Tuğkan couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Müfit Ecemiş got free with Semavi Şencan in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Yavuz Selim Tuner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in casting fc's zone, Yavuz Selim Tuner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Semavi Şencan came out of the goal and Yavuz Selim Tuner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Yildirim's Yavuz Selim Tuner in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye casting fc's goalie prevented a goal. Yavuz Selim Tuner was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Yavuz Selim Tuner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Yavuz Selim Tuner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kurtuluş Tuğkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, casting fc's goal looked a bit too open when Tuncer Kutuner came free, but Semavi Şencan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Kurtuluş Tuğkan put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Semavi Şencan. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hüseyin Özkar was the one to do the kick off. Yavuz Selim Tuner kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Yildirim's Müfit Ecemiş got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute Kurtuluş Tuğkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semavi Şencan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of casting fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yildirim:s goal. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Yildirim. Özal Saylan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Semavi Şencan. 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yavuz Selim Tuner in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Semavi Şencan saved casting fc from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kurtuluş Tuğkan in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Semavi Şencan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Semavi Şencan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yavuz Selim Tuner's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Semavi Şencan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Müfit Ecemiş in the 71st minute of play. Hüseyin Özkar's late challenge caught a Yildirim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hüseyin Özkar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to casting fc getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Hüseyin Özkar hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Müfit Ecemiş in the 76th minute of play forced casting fc's goalkeeper Semavi Şencan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes Yildirim got a freekick which was hit by Alphan Talip. The audience was convinced that Kurtuluş Tuğkan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Semavi Şencan was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Yavuz Selim Tuner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Semavi Şencan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Müfit Ecemiş in the 89th minute of play forced casting fc's goalkeeper Semavi Şencan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kurtuluş Tuğkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Yildirim's Yavuz Selim Tuner in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
