Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the game, Özbek Ustaoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karagümrük SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gümüşüm spor the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Özbek Ustaoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andaç Ateşoğlu during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Karagümrük SK got a freekick which was hit by Andaç Ateşoğlu. When Gencalp Mahçup fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gümüşüm spor's protests and gave Gencalp Mahçup a yellow card for diving instead. When Bedirhan Ertüze came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Karagümrük SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bedirhan Ertüze couldn't finish the play. After 13 played minutes Gümüşüm spor got a freekick which was hit by Atalan Topuz. Ufuk Hasret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pekin Akgöze, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The supporters of Gümüşüm spor booed when Karagümrük SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bedirhan Ertüze didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Karagümrük SK's goal looked a bit too open when Zikri Tuğlu came free, but Özgün Öztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Karagümrük SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şeref Kuyas to maneuver through the defense. Özgün Öztan made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Halis Sağan sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th match minute, Gümüşüm spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zikri Tuğlu to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match Andaç Ateşoğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ufuk Hasret skillfully saved the ball. Pekin Akgöze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gümüşüm spor's Tevfik Akgöl got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pekin Akgöze was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Karagümrük SK's Andaç Ateşoğlu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ufuk Hasret. Ufuk Hasret yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tevfik Akgöl during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55 played minutes Gümüşüm spor got a freekick which was hit by Tevfik Akgöl. In the 62nd minute, Karagümrük SK's Pekin Akgöze dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Gümüşüm spor's Ufuk Hasret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pekin Akgöze in the 66th minute of play. Ufuk Hasret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Ege Subahi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Halis Sağan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özbek Ustaoğlu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Özgün Öztan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zikri Tuğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soner Suergin came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ufuk Hasret could save by the left post. Soner Suergin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ufuk Hasret firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Karagümrük SK's zone, Zikri Tuğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özgün Öztan came out of the goal and Zikri Tuğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gümüşüm spor's Ufuk Hasret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pekin Akgöze in the 96th minute of play. The Gümüşüm spor manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Karagümrük SK to win.
