Kayseri FC's Gökhun Semavi pulled a muscle in his leg after 12 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Latif Tümen's late challenge caught a Kayseri FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bulut Tezcan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berat Honazlı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 44 in the game by Ahmet Hasan Tonguç from a close distance when the talented Bulut Tezcan managed to make a qualified save. Kayseri FC's players were relieved. The supporters of Kayseri FC booed when Hêza Agirî was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serkan Akyıldız didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Bulut Tezcan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Kayseri FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
