Enis Behiç Muzaffer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Gonyaspor's Tuncay Niyaz got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Halim Akburçak, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 21 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Arif Ozan Patlar was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The Gonyaspor fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Gonyaspor's Tuncay Niyaz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Gonyaspor booed when Bandırma Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halim Akburçak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute of the match, Gencal Başkur tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arif Ozan Patlar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arif Ozan Patlar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aktan Arslanoğlu in the 35th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Demirhan Rukni made a kick off. In the 86th match minute, Bandırma Spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hulki Omay to maneuver through the defense. Baykam Erendiz, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Baybora Tunak charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baybora Tunak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes Bandırma Spor got a freekick which was hit by Baybora Tunak. When Baykam Erendiz came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Gonyaspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baykam Erendiz couldn't finish the play. Halim Akburçak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Gonyaspor defense, Soner Sartık kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arif Ozan Patlar. The Gonyaspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arif Ozan Patlar should have stopped the shot. Bandırma Spor were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gonyaspor for a fine match.
