But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Emir Uğuş couldn't finish the play. Arif Ozan Patlar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Emir Uğuş in the 22nd minute of the match. After having played for 25 minutes, Ali Emir Uğuş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NeoSantana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Emir Uğuş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sercan Ülkü's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arif Ozan Patlar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute Sercan Ülkü shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Ozan Patlar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 played minutes Gonyaspor got a freekick which was hit by Bünyamin Onul. Ali Emir Uğuş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Ozan Patlar having to interfere. Sercan Ülkü scored 1-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arif Ozan Patlar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th match minute, NeoSantana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Ensar Oray to maneuver through the defense.
