Düzköy SK's Necat Dalan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Poyraz Arslanoğlu in the 3rd minute of play. Işık Afşar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Necat Dalan. Düzköy SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tayfun Ceyhan in the 9th minute of play forced Sariveliler's goalkeeper Gani Altıparmak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tayfun Ceyhan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gani Altıparmak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Poyraz Arslanoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Necat Dalan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Tayfun Ceyhan made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sariveliler's Gani Altıparmak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute Poyraz Arslanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necat Dalan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match Sariveliler got a corner. Düzköy SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gani Altıparmak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayfun Ceyhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Naci Sarper ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gani Altıparmak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Gani Altıparmak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naci Sarper in the 38th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tayfun Ceyhan in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gani Altıparmak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tayfun Ceyhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gani Altıparmak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sariveliler's Alphan Ruşen got a free kick in the 41st minute. 44 minutes into the match, Düzköy SK's Naci Sarper sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gani Altıparmak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 76th match minute, Sariveliler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bayram Özok to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Sariveliler's Gani Altıparmak got control of the ball when Naci Sarper tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Naci Sarper managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Sariveliler fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Düzköy SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
