Naci Sarper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Kemal Evvah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kemal Evvah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tayfun Ceyhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tayfun Ceyhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kuddusî Usbay's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Necat Dalan firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 24th minute, FENERBAHÇE AY SK's Yıldıray Tümerkin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 29th minute, Kuddusî Usbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tayfun Ceyhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kemal Evvah having to interfere. The Düzköy SK fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Düzköy SK's Tayfun Ceyhan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kemal Evvah came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Düzköy SK's Tayfun Ceyhan. But to his dismay, Tayfun Ceyhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When Naci Sarper came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Düzköy SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naci Sarper couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yıldıray Tümerkin to strike the kick off in the second half. Kemal Evvah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şener Tümerkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Düzköy SK's Naci Sarper sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kemal Evvah narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kemal Evvah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Naci Sarper in the 59th minute. Tayfun Ceyhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yıldıray Tümerkin in the 71st minute of play forced Düzköy SK's goalkeeper Necat Dalan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Korkut Pekiner during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in FENERBAHÇE AY SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! Tayfun Ceyhan struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Kemal Evvah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Düzköy SK. Naci Sarper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FENERBAHÇE AY SK's Kemal Evvah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tayfun Ceyhan in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tayfun Ceyhan in the 100th minute of play forced FENERBAHÇE AY SK's goalkeeper Kemal Evvah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Düzköy SK played a much better game than FENERBAHÇE AY SK and deserved their victory. The FENERBAHÇE AY SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
