Akay Çetinoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Serkan Okanalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Eagles Of War FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Emre Şimşektürk hit a great ball. Akay Çetinoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egemen Okboğa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Serkan Okanalp made a huge save. 9 minutes into the match, Sabuncupınar SK's goal looked a bit too open when Kadir Ulubaş came free, but Olcay Orkun Bekiroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sabuncupınar SK's Olcay Orkun Bekiroğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kadir Ulubaş in the 13th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Sabuncupınar SK's Egemen Okboğa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serkan Okanalp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Egemen Okboğa struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Serkan Okanalp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sabuncupınar SK. Serkan Okanalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egemen Okboğa, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Egemen Okboğa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serkan Okanalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egemen Okboğa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Olcay Orkun Bekiroğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadir Ulubaş in the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fırat Kürşat to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Batur Erdoğan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sabuncupınar SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Eagles Of War FC's Fırat Kürşat got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Akay Çetinoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egemen Okboğa in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serkan Okanalp saved Eagles Of War FC from getting behind. 72 minutes into the match, Sabuncupınar SK's goalkeeper Olcay Orkun Bekiroğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kadir Ulubaş. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egemen Okboğa in the 81st minute of play forced Eagles Of War FC's goalkeeper Serkan Okanalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Egemen Okboğa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tansu Ramazan charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tansu Ramazan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tansu Ramazan kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When Egemen Okboğa came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Sabuncupınar SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egemen Okboğa couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Sabuncupınar SK defense, Kadir Ulubaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olcay Orkun Bekiroğlu. The Sabuncupınar SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olcay Orkun Bekiroğlu should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Eagles Of War FC booed when Sabuncupınar SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egemen Okboğa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olcay Orkun Bekiroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fırat Kürşat in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sabuncupınar SK had played much better football throughout.
