Özer Sökmensu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Egemen Sonalp in the 13th minute of the match. Behiç Çetinoz made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Şerif Ünveren sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Erenay Açıkalın sped through ARGEWS FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Özer Sökmensu. Denizhan Kılıçer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Özer Sökmensu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şerif Günden struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Özer Sökmensu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Japon Askeri. After some careless play in the ARGEWS FK defense, Erenay Açıkalın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Özer Sökmensu. The ARGEWS FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Özer Sökmensu should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the match, ARGEWS FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Sedat Eraksan came free, but Özer Sökmensu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th match minute, ARGEWS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Recep Talha Turalp to maneuver through the defense. Özer Sökmensu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Sedat Eraksan, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The Japon Askeri fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Japon Askeri's Erenay Açıkalın looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Erenay Açıkalın's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Özer Sökmensu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Arif Egemen Sonalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute Arif Egemen Sonalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özer Sökmensu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Erenay Açıkalın made the kick off in the second half. Arif Egemen Sonalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özer Sökmensu having to interfere. In the 54th match minute, ARGEWS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Recep Talha Turalp to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the match, ARGEWS FK's goalkeeper Özer Sökmensu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erenay Açıkalın. When Recep Talha Turalp fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARGEWS FK's protests and gave Recep Talha Turalp a yellow card for diving instead. Recep Talha Turalp hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Şerif Günden got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Özer Sökmensu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şerif Günden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Şerif Günden ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Özer Sökmensu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Japon Askeri were furious when Reis Atatuğ was red carded, 72 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Japon Askeri's Reis Atatuğ got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Behiç Çetinoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şafak Bal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erenay Açıkalın got free with Özer Sökmensu in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Behiç Çetinoz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şafak Bal went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. When Ahmet Sedat Eraksan came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Japon Askeri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Sedat Eraksan couldn't finish the play. Şerif Günden struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Özer Sökmensu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Japon Askeri. Japon Askeri's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
