In the 4th minute, Aybar Akkuş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Yetkin Çelebioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Macit Talaykan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şafak Beybolat went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 18thth minute of the game Aybar Akkuş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Erzurum FB's Arif Oğuz Tamkut was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arif Oğuz Tamkut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aybar Akkuş, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Arif Oğuz Sırat hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Yasin Oğuralp fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arif Oğuz Tamkut, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Uslanmaz's Asım Ahioğlu got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Uslanmaz's Macit Talaykan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yetkin Çelebioğlu in the 33rd minute of play. Yetkin Çelebioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macit Talaykan having to interfere. Yasin Oğuralp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yetkin Çelebioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Uslanmaz's zone, Şafak Beybolat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Macit Talaykan came out of the goal and Şafak Beybolat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Şafak Beybolat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Uslanmaz's Aybar Akkuş got a free kick in the 51st minute. The supporters of Erzurum FB booed when Uslanmaz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asım Ahioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yahya Kemal Akyüz, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Erzurum FB booed when Uslanmaz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erhan Uçkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yahya Kemal Akyüz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Şafak Beybolat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macit Talaykan having to interfere. Erhan Uçkan's late challenge caught a Erzurum FB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erhan Uçkan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Uslanmaz getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Erhan Uçkan hit a great ball. Erzurum FB's Yahya Kemal Akyüz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Uslanmaz. Yetkin Çelebioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uslanmaz's Macit Talaykan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şafak Beybolat in the 82nd minute of play. Aybar Akkuş struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Arif Oğuz Tamkut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uslanmaz. If Aybar Akkuş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Şafak Beybolat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Macit Talaykan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yetkin Çelebioğlu in the 93rd minute.
