Emirşah Şafakoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şemsettin Adıyaman in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emirşah Şafakoğlu saved BaTmaNMKN from getting behind. If Altay Yurdaer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emirşah Şafakoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Altay Yurdaer, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

But to his dismay, Ufuk Reşan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Altay Yurdaer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emirşah Şafakoğlu having to interfere. After 73 played minutes BaTmaNMKN got a freekick which was hit by Kılıçalp Semi. Mustafa Haydar Tanrıverdi's late challenge caught a BaTmaNMKN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Emirşah Şafakoğlu. Emirşah Şafakoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şemsettin Adıyaman, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Altay Yurdaer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
