When Artaç Emek came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the MEYKİRSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artaç Emek couldn't finish the play. In the 21st match minute, Artova FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cebrail Mutlu to maneuver through the defense. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. After 36 minutes of play, MEYKİRSPOR's Reha Çelikhan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Atıf Zakir was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Reha Çelikhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bektaş Bengi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Güntekin Tacir made a huge save. If Reha Çelikhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hamza Ergül fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MEYKİRSPOR's protests and gave Hamza Ergül a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Artova FK booed when MEYKİRSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamza Ergül didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmet Arif Taylan to strike the kick off in the second half. Artova FK's Ali Atıf Zakir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Artova FK from getting a goal against them. Bektaş Bengi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güntekin Tacir having to interfere. Menderes Suha struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Güntekin Tacir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Artova FK. In the 71st minute of the match Cebrail Mutlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Güntekin Tacir showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Güntekin Tacir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bektaş Bengi in the 74th minute of the match. Güntekin Tacir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Arif Taylan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Artova FK's zone, Reha Çelikhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Atıf Zakir came out of the goal and Reha Çelikhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute, Ahmet Arif Taylan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Artova FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Güral Ahsen kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Artova FK's Bektaş Bengi got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Arif Taylan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Artova FK had won after a very even match.
