Emran Polatalp charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emran Polatalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, Altındağ JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emran Polatalp to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes in the game, Turabi Semir fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hakkı Özyurek having to interfere. After having played for 13 minutes, Saltuk Ceylan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avcılar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saltuk Ceylan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saltuk Ceylan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Necmettin Koçyiğit read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Turabi Semir received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hakkı Özyurek came out and tried to block the shot, but Turabi Semir slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 22nd minute. After some careless play in the Altındağ JK defense, Şeref Hasret kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Necmettin Koçyiğit. The Altındağ JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Necmettin Koçyiğit should have stopped the shot. Necmettin Koçyiğit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saltuk Ceylan in the 28th minute of the match. Şeref Hasret blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Necmettin Koçyiğit having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Turabi Semir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altındağ JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Turabi Semir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hakkı Özyurek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saltuk Ceylan was the one to do the kick off. Saltuk Ceylan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Necmettin Koçyiğit came out and tried to block the shot, but Saltuk Ceylan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 54th minute. If Turabi Semir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Altındağ JK's Necmettin Koçyiğit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Altındağ JK from getting a goal against them. In the 70th match minute, Altındağ JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Koralp Serdaroğlu to maneuver through the defense. Gazi Taylak's late challenge caught a Avcılar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gazi Taylak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st minute, one of Altındağ JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Altındağ JK. Altındağ JK:s Necmettin Koçyiğit showed great skill when he stopped Sait Acaröz:s penalty. In the 74th minute, Avcılar's Saltuk Ceylan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Necmettin Koçyiğit. Necmettin Koçyiğit yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. 85 minutes into the match, Şeref Hasret had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Necmettin Koçyiğit. Altındağ JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Şeref Hasret was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Şeref Hasret scored 1-7 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Necmettin Koçyiğit, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Avcılar's Hakkı Özyurek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Koralp Serdaroğlu in the 98th minute of play. The Altındağ JK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Avcılar's performance. The match ended with a win for Avcılar.
