After 9 minutes of play, Eskisehir's Tibet Öksüzoğlu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Recai Türcan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Seyfullah Ankara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Kubat Saffet made a precise shot to the right of Recai Türcan. Özdemirler Petrol SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Eşref Uygar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nazmi Bengisoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Demiralp Refik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cenk Çoğan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demiralp Refik having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Nazmi Bengisoy fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Cenk Çoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Nazmi Bengisoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demiralp Refik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nazmi Bengisoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nazmi Bengisoy to make the kick off. 63 minutes into the match, Tibet Öksüzoğlu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Recai Türcan, 0-3. A collision led to Özdemirler Petrol SK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Üzeyir Radi hit a great ball. Recai Türcan came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Eskisehir's Abdullatif Ülgen. But to his dismay, Abdullatif Ülgen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Nazmi Bengisoy struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Demiralp Refik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Özdemirler Petrol SK. The audience was convinced that Cenk Çoğan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Demiralp Refik was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After having played for 91 minutes, Nazmi Bengisoy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Özdemirler Petrol SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nazmi Bengisoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95thth minute of the game Nazmi Bengisoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eskisehir's Demiralp Refik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chants of Eskisehir echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Özdemirler Petrol SK had held the ball for most of the match.
