But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ömer Rıza Açıker couldn't finish the play. In the 13th match minute, Tarsus İdman Yurdu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Suat Baler to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Türkeş Kutsan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yıldıray Yiğiter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Şamil Kornes having to make a save. If Asaf Ceri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ömer Rıza Açıker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Hasan Hüseyin Ünlüer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Türkeş Kutsan put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hasan Hüseyin Ünlüer. Ömer Rıza Açıker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Yıldıray Yiğiter struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Şamil Kornes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarsus İdman Yurdu. Asaf Ceri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şamil Kornes having to interfere. Şamil Kornes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yıldıray Yiğiter, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tarsus İdman Yurdu's zone, Türkeş Kutsan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Hüseyin Ünlüer came out of the goal and Türkeş Kutsan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Behram Ersunal charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Behram Ersunal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tarsus İdman Yurdu getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. If Asaf Ceri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Şamil Kornes came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Yıldıray Yiğiter. But to his dismay, Yıldıray Yiğiter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Göksel Kolçak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Hasan Hüseyin Ünlüer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cumhur Akçal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasan Hüseyin Ünlüer having to interfere. The supporters of Kahramanmaras SK booed when Tarsus İdman Yurdu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Furkan Eyüp didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Kahramanmaras SK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
