Başar Akçay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yiğit Sözer in the 4th minute of play. Başar Akçay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Ali Batıkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Mehmet Efe Kutlughan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seyhun Hamurcuoğlu in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the Pehlivanköy defense, Yiğit Sözer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Başar Akçay. The Pehlivanköy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Başar Akçay should have stopped the shot. Başar Akçay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Ali Batıkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İbrahim Siret scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Başar Akçay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mehmet Efe Kutlughan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seyhun Hamurcuoğlu in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Soner Eröz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Başar Akçay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Soner Eröz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İbrahim Siret recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 55th match minute, Hasköy FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İbrahim Siret to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes Hasköy FK got a freekick which was hit by İbrahim Siret. After a defensive mix-up in Hasköy FK's zone, Seyhun Hamurcuoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Efe Kutlughan came out of the goal and Seyhun Hamurcuoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Pehlivanköy's Başar Akçay got control of the ball when İbrahim Siret tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Hasköy FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sezai Elmastaş came free, but Mehmet Efe Kutlughan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 played minutes Hasköy FK got a freekick which was hit by İbrahim Siret. Pehlivanköy were furious when Asım Arif Ezelhan was red carded, 71 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 71st minute, one of Pehlivanköy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pehlivanköy. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pekin Oykut in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Efe Kutlughan saved Hasköy FK from getting behind. Başar Akçay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Soner Eröz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pekin Oykut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pekin Oykut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Efe Kutlughan having to interfere. İbrahim Siret kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Mehmet Efe Kutlughan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezai Elmastaş in the 90th minute of play. Pehlivanköy's Başar Akçay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soner Eröz in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Pehlivanköy booed when Hasköy FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Faruk Erendiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Hasköy FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hasköy FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
