Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Babadag FK's Eralp Işık started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Doğuş İlbeyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selçuk Himmet in the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Cihangir's goal looked a bit too open when Eralp Işık came free, but Doğuş İlbeyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eralp Işık's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doğuş İlbeyi was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Doğuş İlbeyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eralp Işık in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of Babadag FK booed when Cihangir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Günalp Adem didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Babadag FK's Mehmet Emre Bürge tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 12 minutes, Eralp Işık managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Babadag FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eralp Işık was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute, Günalp Adem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Arif Gaffar Okanalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Babadag FK's zone, Recep Onuker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Ali Karlukhan came out of the goal and Recep Onuker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute, Emirşah Oker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Selçuk Himmet in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doğuş İlbeyi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute, Günalp Adem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Babadag FK's Eralp Işık got a free kick in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selçuk Himmet in the 35th minute of play forced Cihangir's goalkeeper Doğuş İlbeyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Babadag FK's Ahmet Ali Karlukhan got control of the ball when Recep Onuker tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Ecevit Akmanoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Babadag FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cihangir the free kick. After 41 played minutes Babadag FK got a freekick which was hit by Ecevit Akmanoğlu. Ahmet Ali Karlukhan didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cihangir's Recep Onuker shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Ahmet Ali Karlukhan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mikail Uran.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdi Asalet to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yücel Ehil in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doğuş İlbeyi saved Cihangir from getting behind. When Arif Gaffar Okanalp fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cihangir's protests and gave Arif Gaffar Okanalp a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cihangir getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Arif Gaffar Okanalp hit a great ball. Doğuş İlbeyi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Selçuk Himmet went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Abdi Asalet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Ali Karlukhan having to interfere. Cihangir's Abdi Asalet got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Ali Karlukhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Recep Onuker's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Ahmet Ali Karlukhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Recep Onuker, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Selçuk Himmet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Selçuk Himmet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 played minutes Cihangir got a freekick which was hit by Günalp Adem. Selçuk Himmet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Doğuş İlbeyi made a huge save. 86 minutes into the game, Eralp Işık recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Doğuş İlbeyi. Eralp Işık showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Eralp Işık fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doğuş İlbeyi having to interfere. Selçuk Himmet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Eralp Işık kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Doğuş İlbeyi. That made the score 1-3 in the 98 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Babadag FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
