Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) CANBAZ FK's Alişan Bağış started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Turkish Academy's Halit Oksay in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CANBAZ FK's goalie prevented a goal. 10 minutes into the match, Turkish Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Alişan Bağış came free, but Bernardinho Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Merih İmroz made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Halit Oksay sent off a good shot on target. After 14 minutes, Remzi Ataergin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CANBAZ FK and the Turkish Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to CANBAZ FK getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Remzi Ataergin hit a great ball. When Efekan Ufki came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Turkish Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Efekan Ufki couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gencal Yalaz in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Merih İmroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Turan Seyhun kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Turkish Academy's Halit Oksay in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CANBAZ FK's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Deniz Esendağ during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 28 played minutes Turkish Academy got a freekick which was hit by Deniz Esendağ. Gencal Yalaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes in the game, Halit Oksay fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Merih İmroz having to interfere. Gencal Yalaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merih İmroz having to interfere. Turkish Academy's Halit Oksay was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 41st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind CANBAZ FK's goalkeeper Merih İmroz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Halit Oksay was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Turkish Academy's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Halit Oksay to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Turkish Academy getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Gencal Yalaz hit a great ball. CANBAZ FK's Merih İmroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencal Yalaz in the 56th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Turkish Academy's Halit Oksay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Merih İmroz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Gencal Yalaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Merih İmroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Halit Oksay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merih İmroz having to interfere. Merih İmroz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Halit Oksay's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Merih İmroz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Halit Oksay went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the CANBAZ FK defense, Halit Oksay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Merih İmroz. The CANBAZ FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Merih İmroz should have stopped the shot. Merih İmroz came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Turkish Academy's Halit Oksay. But to his dismay, Halit Oksay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After 87th play minutes Halit Oksay shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Merih İmroz and just under the crossbar into goal. Merih İmroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halit Oksay, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by CANBAZ FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zeki Tanaltay was slow to take the kick. During this time Turkish Academy's players had a chance to rest. In the 94th minute of the match Turkish Academy got a corner. CANBAZ FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zeki Tanaltay ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of CANBAZ FK's goalie and right to Cavit Karacan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. CANBAZ FK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 97thth minute of the game Halit Oksay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CANBAZ FK's Merih İmroz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
