Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tuncer Şanver started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes, Selmi Işıldar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kangal and the Balat FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Selmi Işıldar kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Cengiz Tuncel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kangal's supporters rose to their feet, but Cengiz Tuncel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Turan Arıhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 minutes into the game, Berk Seyfeddin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balat FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kangal the free kick. Berk Seyfeddin hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Ahmet Turan Arıhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuncer Şanver, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After a rather tough play, Kangal's Cengiz Tuncel got a free kick in the 15th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Numan Maksum during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Numan Maksum hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Hamza İltemir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ahmet Turan Arıhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Balat FK's Numan Maksum in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kangal's goalie prevented a goal. In the 29th match minute, Kangal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tuncer Şanver to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Numan Maksum kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ahmet Ege Tezkan. That made the score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Kangal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tuncer Şanver to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Kangal's goal looked a bit too open when Numan Maksum came free, but Ahmet Ege Tezkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Ege Tezkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Numan Maksum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Cengiz Tuncel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kangal's supporters rose to their feet, but Cengiz Tuncel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Numan Maksum to make the kick off. The supporters of Kangal booed when Balat FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Baki Dilercan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilla Kağan İhsan charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atilla Kağan İhsan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Atilla Kağan İhsan kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Ahmet Ege Tezkan came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Balat FK's Cenap Karhan. But to his dismay, Cenap Karhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Selmi Işıldar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Selmi Işıldar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 minutes, Mehmet Edip Kargin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balat FK and the Kangal players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mehmet Edip Kargin hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The supporters of Kangal booed when Balat FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Edip Kargin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Cengiz Tuncel made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Turan Arıhan. Balat FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Cengiz Tuncel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 77th minute of the match Mehmet Edip Kargin completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mehmet Edip Kargin a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 78th match minute, Balat FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Edip Kargin to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Balat FK's zone, Cengiz Tuncel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Turan Arıhan came out of the goal and Cengiz Tuncel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 84 played minutes Balat FK got a freekick which was hit by Kahraman Gülerce. Cengiz Tuncel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Turan Arıhan having to interfere. Balat FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
