Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Ahmet Nedim Ersed was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aglasun's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gaziantepspor the free kick. Umut Şükrü took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doğuş Tutuş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Aglasun's Abdulkadir Dinç got a free kick in the 6th minute. Doğuş Tutuş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaziantepspor's İsmail Baştuğ got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When İstemihan Cerme fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaziantepspor's protests and gave İstemihan Cerme a yellow card for diving instead. İstemihan Cerme hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Dursun Ali Hükümran hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gaziantepspor's zone, Bekir Özkoc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikail Ruşen came out of the goal and Bekir Özkoc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bekir Özkoc's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mikail Ruşen firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Bekir Özkoc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Nedim Ersed was shown his second yellow card after 22 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Aglasun getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ahmet Nedim Ersed hit a great ball. Bekir Özkoc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mikail Ruşen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Bekir Özkoc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aglasun's supporters rose to their feet, but Bekir Özkoc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mikail Ruşen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Gaziantepspor were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Doğuş Tutuş to make the kick off. Umut Şükrü showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doğuş Tutuş, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bekir Özkoc in the 59th minute of play forced Gaziantepspor's goalkeeper Mikail Ruşen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Bekir Özkoc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikail Ruşen. Gaziantepspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bekir Özkoc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Bekir Özkoc charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bekir Özkoc the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes Aglasun got a freekick which was hit by Bekir Özkoc. After 70 played minutes Gaziantepspor got a freekick which was hit by Derman Akgöl. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gaziantepspor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eray Akçalı was slow to take the kick. During this time Aglasun's players had a chance to rest. Aglasun's Eray Akçalı was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mikail Ruşen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Bekir Özkoc came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Aglasun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bekir Özkoc couldn't finish the play. In the 76th minute, Abdulkadir Dinç ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mikail Ruşen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 81st minute of the match Derman Akgöl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Umut Şükrü showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bekir Özkoc might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mikail Ruşen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bekir Özkoc ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 88 in the game by İsmail Baştuğ from a close distance when the talented Umut Şükrü managed to make a qualified save. Aglasun's players were relieved. Mikail Ruşen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bekir Özkoc in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bekir Özkoc in the 93rd minute of play forced Gaziantepspor's goalkeeper Mikail Ruşen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bekir Özkoc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikail Ruşen having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Mustafa Namık Candaner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aglasun's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Namık Candaner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mikail Ruşen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aglasun's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
