Yahya Kemal Akçakan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ertan Acunman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Behiç Kumukbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertan Acunman having to interfere. GFB's Ertan Acunman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save GFB from getting a goal against them. Behiç Kumukbay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Ertan Acunman made a huge save. Behiç Kumukbay took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ertan Acunman. Ertan Acunman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. GFB's Ertan Acunman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yahya Kemal Akçakan in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Arguvan JK booed when GFB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hayri Yumus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Güralp Tuncalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlhan Ciray in the 30th minute of play. Yahya Kemal Akçakan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertan Acunman having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Yahya Kemal Akçakan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ertan Acunman, passed just outside the right post.

52 minutes into the match, GFB's goal looked a bit too open when Behiç Kumukbay came free, but Ertan Acunman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ertan Acunman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Behiç Kumukbay's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Behiç Kumukbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Yahya Kemal Akçakan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ertan Acunman was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Arguvan JK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
