An unexpectedly hard shot by Binali Durusoy in the 9th minute of play forced MERSİN İY's goalkeeper Remzi Özver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remzi Özver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuzey Ceberut in the 12th minute of play. Emirşah Işıklar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th match minute, Dalaman SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bora Han Ensar to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Dalaman SK's goalkeeper Arda Ozan Salim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emirşah Işıklar. Çelikan Dirayet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 42 minutes, Rıza Rıdvan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MERSİN İY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rıza Rıdvan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Çelikan Dirayet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Emirşah Işıklar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gencalp Tahir was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, MERSİN İY's goal looked a bit too open when Gencalp Tahir came free, but Remzi Özver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Emirşah Işıklar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arda Ozan Salim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th minute, Emirşah Işıklar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arda Ozan Salim was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 70 played minutes Dalaman SK got a freekick which was hit by Mecnun Tuğkan. Rıza Rıdvan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Arda Ozan Salim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remzi Özver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gencalp Tahir in the 75th minute of play. When Bora Han Ensar fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dalaman SK's protests and gave Bora Han Ensar a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dalaman SK! In the 78th minute there was a penalty for MERSİN İY. Emirşah Işıklar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arda Ozan Salim. 4-0. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dalaman SK's goalkeeper Arda Ozan Salim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gencalp Tahir in the 88th minute of play forced MERSİN İY's goalkeeper Remzi Özver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Çelikan Dirayet charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Çelikan Dirayet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Çelikan Dirayet kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Arda Ozan Salim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emirşah Işıklar, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Remzi Özver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gencalp Tahir in the 94th minute of play.
