But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cumali Veysel couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute, Cumali Veysel had to leave the field with a concussion. Teoman Vahat's late challenge caught a Güzelyali's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teoman Vahat helped the player get up and apologised. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göktuğ Karhan in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bahri Yaver saved KİR REPO from getting behind. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind KİR REPO's goalkeeper Bahri Yaver, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th match minute, KİR REPO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İlkan Ezelhan to maneuver through the defense. If Göktuğ Karhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Selman Tozan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 23 in the game by Selman Tozan from a close distance when the talented Ziya Onur Baliç managed to make a qualified save. Güzelyali's players were relieved. Ziya Onur Baliç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yağızhan Özsungur in the 24th minute of the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. KİR REPO's Bahri Yaver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göktuğ Karhan in the 38th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tuncay Kutsel in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bahri Yaver saved KİR REPO from getting behind. Göktuğ Karhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Göktuğ Karhan to make the kick off. Bahri Yaver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tuncay Kutsel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Selman Tozan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tekin Necat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 62nd minute Selman Tozan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziya Onur Baliç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Göktuğ Karhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Güzelyali's supporters rose to their feet, but Göktuğ Karhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bahri Yaver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serhan Engiay kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Avni Heybetli was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. Teoman Vahat walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Tuncay Kutsel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind KİR REPO's goalkeeper Bahri Yaver, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Birdal Taykara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Bahri Yaver made a huge save. After having played for 76 minutes, Ant Yazgan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Güzelyali's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ant Yazgan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in KİR REPO's zone, Tuncay Kutsel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bahri Yaver came out of the goal and Tuncay Kutsel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, Güzelyali's goal looked a bit too open when Selman Tozan came free, but Ziya Onur Baliç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Birdal Taykara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to KİR REPO getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Yağızhan Özsungur hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, KİR REPO's goal looked a bit too open when Birdal Taykara came free, but Bahri Yaver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Selman Tozan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Birdal Taykara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahri Yaver having to interfere. Birdal Taykara struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Bahri Yaver didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Güzelyali. Despite being the better team, Güzelyali failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
