Avni Sözer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kılıçhan Türkşen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kılıçhan Türkşen in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Avni Sözer saved Cincin FC from getting behind. Arsenal were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
